Practice Area 01

Personal Injury.
We fight for the injured.

Plaintiff-side trial advocacy for serious injuries across Texas. When negligence rewrites your life, you need an attorney who treats your case like the singular event it is.

What We Handle

Every case prepared for trial.

Distracted drivers, uninsured motorists, and high-impact collisions on Texas highways. We document, reconstruct, and pursue full recovery.
Trucking cases require fast preservation of ECM data, driver logs, and corporate policies. We move quickly to lock down evidence.
Slip-and-fall, negligent security, and dangerous-property injuries against landlords, retailers, and property owners.

Non-subscriber and third-party claims for refinery, construction, and oilfield injuries throughout Texas.

Life-altering injuries demand life-altering recoveries. We prepare these cases for jury, never for surrender.
Defective products, unsafe designs, and inadequate warnings — manufacturers held accountable for what they sell.

Common Questions

Personal injury, answered.

Nothing up front. We work on contingency — we only collect a fee if we recover compensation for you. We also advance case expenses.
Texas generally imposes a two-year statute of limitations from the date of injury, but many exceptions apply. Call us as soon as possible to protect your rights.
Medical expenses (past and future), lost wages and earning capacity, pain and suffering, mental anguish, disfigurement, and in some cases punitive damages.
Most cases resolve before trial, but we prepare every case as if it will go to a jury. That preparation is often what produces the strongest settlement.
Texas follows a modified comparative fault rule. If you were 50% or less at fault, you can still recover — just reduced by your percentage of responsibility.
